Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹3,000.

For orders below ₹3,000, a flat rate of ₹100 is applied.

Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than the usual shipping times.

Delivery Issues

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Qalbee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Delays

Unexpected Delays: While we strive to deliver your orders within the estimated time frames, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Damaged or Missing Items

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service within 2 days of delivery at info@qalbee.com or call us at 7983512145. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement.

Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service within 2 days of delivery. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
